Property Damage Appraisers of Northern Arizona is locally owned and operated by Dave and Cindie McArthur. With over 20 years combined experience in the industry, our main focus since owning the franchises has been on improving customer service.
We are proud to extend to our clients our extensive appraisal coverage area, highly personalized service, reduced turn-around time, and decreased claim severity averages.
With a newly expanded administrative and appraisal staff, we have the ability to more efficiently dispatch new assignments to our multi-line field appraisers. Statusing claims throughout the process is our top priority, keeping our clients aware of the progression of the claim from start to finish.
We are able to submit our completed appraisal package by a variety of methods, depending on our clients needs. Whether it is via email, a third party portal delivery system, or fax/mail, our final product is delivered efficiently and timely.
Our appraisers conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, representing our clients as well as PDA of Northern Arizona, adhering to our philosophies and business standards.
We have also implemented an in-house CSI program, to ensure our staff continues to meet and exceed the standards we have committed to. Customer satisfaction, from the vehicle owner to the claims adjuster to the material damage supervisor, is our goal.
